The 13 True Self Archetypes arranged in a circle
What it is

13 archetypes. Each one a distinct pattern of innate gifts and drives. Your result identifies which fits you best, based on who you were before you learned to perform for your job, your team, or anyone else.

Why it matters

When you know your archetype, the friction makes sense. The restlessness, the feeling that something's slightly off ... that's usually the gap between who you naturally are and what your life is asking you to be. Naming that gap is the starting point for doing something about it.

What it's based on

Donald Winnicott's True Self / False Self theory. Carl Jung's universal archetypes. Howard Gardner's multiple intelligences. Three frameworks describing different layers of who you are, synthesized into something you can actually use.

Think back.

These questions ask about who you were as a kid, roughly ages 8 to 12. Before life got complicated.

You'll pick the option most like you, then the one least like you.

Can't remember exactly? That's fine. Go with the version of you that feels truest, not what an adult would say.
